Artist Spaces goes on sale February 10th, 2019 at 6:00 PM Central Time. Artist Spaces are for Mini-Mini Con 2019, Texas largest free anime convention.
SINGLE Artist Spaces are at minimum 6 FEET LENGTH x 4 FEET WIDTH.
DOUBLE Artist Spaces are at mininum 12 FEET LENGTH x 4 FEET WIDTH.
A Texas Sales Tax ID will be required in order to sign-up/purchase a table. ALL Artists Space Texas Sales Tax IDs will be verified as ACTIVE and must be VALID as of Feb. 10th 2019. If they are not valid the artist will have their money refunded and they will not be eligible for a space at Mini-Mini Con 2019 and 2020.
If you do not know what a Texas Sales ID Number is or have questions about Sales Tax ID please contact the Texas Comptroller Office. We are not an official Government Agency so we can not answer Sales Tax Questions.
Artist Spaces do not include any tables or chairs. All artists must bring in their own chairs and tables. Mini-Mini Con / San Japan will NOT be renting or offering any tables or chairs at all.
Tables can be split between artists but all artists must sell within their assigned space.
You will be only allowed to purchase ONE Artist Space TOTAL. If you purchase a second space under your name, even if for a second group/friend, then you will be refunded for all spaces and banned from ALL Mini-Mini Con events AND San Japan events.
We will not be putting requested spaces next to each other. You will not be allowed to merge Artist Spaces. You are allowed to split up the artist space.

No refunds will be allowed for any reason whatsoever. All Sales are final. Transfers are allowed but they must be held in private. The transferred Artist will be responsible to obtain a Texas Sales Tax ID.
All information about assignments and layouts will be on the Mini-Mini Con website on May 1st, 2019.
